Further to our intimation dated October 23, 2023 with respect to the date of the Board meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 08, 2023, pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors at the said meeting scheduled to be held on November 8, 2023, inter-alia shall consider and approve the proposal of raising of funds by way of issuance equity shares or any other eligible securities (“Securities”) through permissible modes, including but not limited to a private placement, a qualified institutions placement, preferential issue, or any other method or combination of methods as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required and the approval of shareholders of the Company.

Further, the Trading Window - w.r.t. shares of the Company was closed from 01.10.2023 and shall remain closed till 10.11.2023 (both days inclusive).
