We refer to our communication dated November 09, 2022, wherein we informed the Stock Exchanges that the Board, subject to completion of satisfactory due diligence, approved the 100% acquisition, in a phased manner, of add solution GMBH, Germany, specializing in automation solutions to Global OEMs.

We wish to inform the Stock Exchanges, post the conclusion of due diligence, the Company has decided not to go ahead with the said acquisition, as the said due diligence was not satisfactory.
