Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that‐
HDFC Bank is providing credit facilities for an amount of INR 48.50 crores to AXISCADES Aerospace & Technologies Private Limited (Borrower), a wholly owned subsidiary of AXISCADES Technologies Limited.
The Company is in the process of releasing the credit facilities from RBL Bank and shifting to HDFC Bank.
Pursuant to the above, AXISCADES Technologies Limited is issuing Corporate Guarantee for an amount of Rs. 48.50 crores.
