Sub.: Intimation of Board Meeting as per Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015
This is to inform you that in accordance with Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, meeting of the Board of Directors of AXISCADES Technologies Limited will be held on Wednesday, the 12[th] day of November 2025 to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
The results along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors will be provided to the Exchanges subsequently, as per the requirements of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
Further, as already intimated, the Trading Window, w.r.t. shares of the Company were closed from 01.10.2025 and shall remain closed till 14.11.2025 (both days inclusive).
