- Approved the withdrawal of proposal for appointment of Dr. Prahlada Ramarao (DIN: 07548289), who is above 75 years of age, as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company.
• Subsequent to change in the management of the Company, below mentioned Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) are authorized for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations:
