Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held today i.e. April 09, 2025 has inter-alia transacted the following matters:

Approved the appointment of Mr. K.P. Mohanakrishnan as Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company w.e.f. April 09, 2025; and
Approved the designation of Mr. Muralikrishnan as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the group and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company w.e.f. April 09, 2025.

The relevant details pertaining to the above, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as "Annexure-I”.

The meeting started at 6:00 PM (IST) and concluded at 8:09 PM (IST).

He has over three decades of experience, of which close to about 25 years in Aerospace & Defense Industry covering both International and Domestic Markets. He joined Tata Advanced Materials Ltd as Sr. Engineer- Sales & Marketing and rose to the position of DGM –Business Development & Program Management, heading Business & Program Management team of Aerospace Division. Later, he worked with CADES Digitech where he headed the Manufacturing Business Vertical	Mr. Muralikrishnan holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree and have master’s in general management. He has completed Post Graduate program in Digital Transformation.
