Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that Mr. Desh Raj Dogra and Mr. Dhiraj Mathur have completed their second term as Independent Directors and consequently ceased to be Directors of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the 34[th] Annual General Meeting held today i.e. September 18, 2024 (concluded at 6:42 P.M.).
