This is to inform that in terms of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby intimates the Stock Exchanges that Mr. A. Srinivas, CFO and key managerial personnel has placed his resignation to the Board in its meeting held on 11[th] June 2021, to pursue his professional aspirations.

His resignation has been accepted by the Company and will continue in the current position till 31[st] July 2021.

The Company places on record its appreciation for valuable contribution made by Mr. Srinivas during his tenure with the Company.

The Company is in the process of identifying or hiring new person for the vacant position. The Company shall inform the Stock Exchanges once the position of CFO is filled up.
