This is to inform that in terms of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby intimates the Stock Exchanges that Ms. Shweta Agrawal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and key managerial personnel has placed her resignation to the Board on 15th September, 2021, to pursue her professional aspirations.
Her resignation has been accepted by the Company and will continue in the current position till 31st October 2021.
The Company places on record its appreciation for valuable contribution made by Ms. Shweta Agrawal during her tenure with the Company.
The Company is in the process of identifying or hiring new person for the vacant position. The Company shall inform the Stock Exchanges once the said position is filled up.
In the interim Ms. Sonal Dudani, Company Secretary of material Subsidiary Company, shall be responsible as a Compliance officer and will work under the supervision of Mr. Sharadhi Babu, CEO & Executive Director.
