This is in revision of our letter submitted yesterday i.e. 27.08.2020, where we inadvertently mentioned the new appointees as Non-Independent Directors instead of Independent Directors.
We wish you to inform you that the Board has considered and recommended the below appointments on 26 August 2020, for shareholders approval in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking into consideration the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee:
The appointment of Mr. Desh Raj Dogra (DIN No. 0026775) and Mr. Dhiraj Mathur (DIN No. 08478137) as a Non-Executive Independent Directors is effective from the date of AGM i.e. 29 September 2020. Their profile along with other details are annexed herewith.
It is further being informed that Mr. Kailash Mohan Rustagi and Mr. Pradeep Dadlani, Independent Directors, will be completing their second term as such, in the forthcoming AGM.
