SUB.: APPOINTMENT OF JOINT STATUTORY AUDITORS OF AXIS BANK LIMITED (THE "BANK")

This is to inform that, in terms of guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India on April 27, 2021 on appointment of Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs) / Statutory Auditors (SAs) of Commercial Banks (excluding RRBs), UCBs and NBFCs (including HFCs) [the "RBI Guidelines"], and pursuant to the RBI's letter dated April 18, 2024, approving the names of M/s. M M Nissim & Co., LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 107122W/W100672) and M/s. KKC & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 105146W/W100621), as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank, for their first year i.e. FY 2024-25, the Board of the Directors of the Bank (the "Board") today has recommended their appointment for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, to hold the office from the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Bank until the conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Bank, and on such terms and conditions, including remuneration, as may be approved by the Audit Committee of the Board of the Bank, subject to approval of the RBI every year.

The brief profiles of Joint Statutory Auditors are enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
