SUB:  RESIGNATION OF GIRISH V. KOLIYOTE, AS COMPANY SECRETARY AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER OF AXIS BANK LIMITED ("BANK").

REF: REGULATIONS 30 OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("SEBI LISTING REGULATIONS").

This is to inform you that Girish V. Koliyote, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Bank, has informed the Bank that he would like to pursue career opportunities outside of the Bank and as such has resigned from the services of the Bank.

Kindly note that whilst the Bank has accepted his resignation, Girish V. Koliyote will continue to act as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Bank, until the close of business hours on Friday, October 8, 2021. The Bank has initiated the succession plan for the said post and we will keep you updated on the same.

The Bank places on record its appreciation for the contributions made by Girish V. Koliyote during his tenure as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Bank and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors.
