SUB.: UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE BANK, FOR THE QUARTER AND NINE MONTHS ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2020.

REF.: REGULATION 30 AND 33 OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("LISTING REGULATIONS").

This is to inform you that at the 211th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank (the "Board") held today, the Board has reviewed and approved the unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Bank, for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2020 and the unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2020 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank, in that regard, which were reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board at its meeting held earlier during the day and recommended for the approval of the Board.

Please note that the said Board meeting commenced at 1.30 p.m. and the result were reviewed and approved by the Board at 4.25 p.m.

In this connection, we enclose herewith the said Financial Results, the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank, the Press Release and the Earnings Presentation for the Quarter ended 31st December 2020, which please note are being uploaded on the website of the Bank, In compliance with the Listing Regulations.

Further, please note that the Bank will be holding conference calls with the Analysts with regard to the said results.

Also, please note that the restricted trading window (blackout period) which has been in-force since Tuesday, 22nd December 2020 will end on Friday, 29th January 2021 (both days inclusive), consequently, the trading window will commence from Saturday 30th January 2021 up to Sunday, 21st March 2021 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Share Dealing Code - October 2020, formulated and adopted by the Bank under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
