We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 54,783 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 19[th] July 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,08,01,378 (306,54,00,689 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,09,10,944 (306,54,55,472 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
