We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 1,01,601 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on November 8, 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,38,63,074 (306,69,31,537 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,40,66,276 (306,70,33,138 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
