We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 40,940 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on November 22, 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,43,13,006 (30,67,156,503 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,43,94,886 (30,67,197,443 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
