We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 49,283 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on December 14, 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase Rs. 613,50,57,068 (306,75,28,534 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,51,55,634 (306,75,77,817 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
