This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank ("NRC") at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, May 30, 2023, has granted 6,628 stock options to the eligible employees of the Bank at an exercise price of Rs. 929.80/- per option under the Axis Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme 2000-01.

Disclosure as required under SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure A for your reference.
