REF: REGULATION 30 AND 31A OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("LISTING REGULATIONS").

SUB.: RE-CLASSIFICATION OF THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SPECIFIED UNDERTAKING OF THE UNIT TRUST OF INDIA TO "PUBLIC" CATEGORY FROM "PROMOTER" CATEGORY.

This is in continuation of our letter no. AXIS/CO/CS/58/2023-24 dated April 28, 2023 on the above subject.

In this regard, we would now like to inform you that the Bank has today i.e. May 4, 2023, has submitted an application with National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited in accordance with Regulation 31A of Listing Regulations, seeking their approval to the above referred reclassification.
