Further to our letter dated January 11, 2023, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Axis Bank Limited ("Bank") at its meeting held today, i.e. January 23, 2023, have inter alia, approved the unaudited financial results of the Bank (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022.

In terms of above, we are enclosing herewith the following:

1.  Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022.

2.  Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022.

3.   Press Release along with Investor presentation on Financial Results of the Bank.

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the limited review report issued by the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank on the aforesaid Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results is also enclosed.

Please note that the board meeting commenced at 11.15 am and the results were reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors at 3.30 p.m.
