This is in continuation of our letter no. AXIS/CO/CS/285/2021-22 dated 15[th] September, 2021 intimating of the consideration and approval of request received from The Oriental Insurance Company Limited (“OICL”), by the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Axis Bank Limited (“Bank”), to reclassify OICL to “Public” category from “Promoter” category, subject to the approval of the Stock Exchanges.
