We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, October 21, 2022 has approved the re-appointment of Amit Talgeri as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of the Bank for a further period of three years with effect from January 1, 2023 up to December 31, 2025 (both days inclusive).

Further, please note that he will continue to report directly to the Managing Director & CEO of the Bank. Brief profile of Amit Talgeri is enclosed as Annexure A for your reference.
