REF: REGULATION 30 OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURES REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015.

This has reference to the tweet posted by one Mr. Madanlal Dhariya, on Twitter, which states "Two Senior Executive Directors resigned. Rajesh Dahiya and Charanjit Singh. Massive attrition at all levels. Whats up".

In this connection, we would like to state that the said information is factually incorrect and the Bank strongly denies the said statement. We believe this has been done with the intention to damage the reputation of the Bank and mislead the stock markets and the public in general.
