SUB: RESIGNATION OF SHRI PRALAY MONDAL, AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (RETAIL BANKING) OF   AXIS BANK LIMITED

REF: REGULATION 30 READ WITH PARA A OF SCHEDULE III OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("LISTING REGULATIONS") 

This is to inform you that Shri Pralay Mondal, Executive Director (Retail Banking) of the Bank, has today informed the Bank that he would like to pursue other career opportunities and as such has resigned from the services of the Bank, with effect from the close of business hours on Monday, 14th September 2020. 

Further please note that, Shri Pralay Mondal has requested the Board that he be relieved from the services of the Bank from the said date. 

Kindly note that the Bank under the guidance of its Nomination & Remuneration Committee has initiated the succession planning process for the said post and the Bank will keep you posted on the same in due course.

The Bank places on record its appreciation for the contributions made by Shri Pralay Mondal during his tenure as Executive Director (Retail Banking) of the Bank and wish him the very best in his future endeavors.

You are requested to take note of above and arrange to bring it to the notice of all concerned.
