This is to inform that the Bank has sold its investment of 9Q,50,000 equity shares held in Religare Enterprises Limited ("REL") on 13th January 2020, equivalent to 3.51 % of the paid up capital in REL. Consequent to the sale, the shareholding of the Bank stands at l .67% of the paid up capital in REL.

Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is given in Annexure A.
