REF: REGULATION 30 OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("SEBI LISTING REGULATIONS")

This is to inform you that in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and pursuant to the recommendations made by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Bank, at its meeting held today, has appointed Sandeep Poddar (Membership No. ACS13819) as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank, with effect from January 10, 2022. 

Sandeep Poddar has also been appointed as the 'Compliance Officer' of the Bank, as required under Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Regulations and Regulation 9(3) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in Annexure A.

He has also led a few strategic projects for DRL supporting larger vision of the organization.  Over a career spanning around 25 years with corporate groups such as Vedanta, Ispat and Usha Martin, Sandeep Poddar has extensive experience in corporate laws, corporate governance, board processes, US listed company compliances, etc.
