REF.:  DISCLOSURE UNDER REGULATION 30 OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015.

This is to inform you that Shri Rohit Bhagat, Independent Director of the Bank has ceased to be an Independent Director of the Bank, with effect from the close of business hours on Friday, 15th January 2021, upon completion of the maximum permissible tenure of 8 continuous years, under Section 10A(2A) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
