Re: AXILION SMART MOBILITY LTD

1. Following our notice dated May 17, 2026, please note that trading in the company's shares (ISIN no. IL0003830184), warrants series 5 (ISIN no. IL0012040643), warrants series 6 (ISIN no. IL0012040726) and warrants series 7 (ISIN no. IL0012172800) has been suspended as of today, May 25, 2026, since the company has not yet submitted its financial reports for 2025.

2. According to TASE's rules and regulations, where a security is traded on the maintenance list or suspended from trade, the security shall be de-listed from trade if 48 months have passed from the date on which the security ceased to be traded in the framework of the main list, and the conditions for the renewal of trade therein on the main list have not been fulfilled.
