2. Inter-se Promoter transfer of 120000 Equity Shares from Dr. (Mrs.) Minnie Aarasp Bodhanwala

3. Inter-se Promoter transfer of 67,000 Equity Shares from Ms. Tinaz Aarasp Bodhanwala
