Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and based on the recommendations of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., on 3[rd] January, 2025 have appointed Mr. Tejas Bhatt as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 3[rd] January, 2025.

The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given in the Annexure - A.

Annexure - I

Mr. Tejas Bhatt is an Inter CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and first-class B. Com graduate from Mumbai University having experience in teaching profession for more than 24 years.

He was associated with KES Cambridge International Junior College, Mumbai - as Head of Department – Commerce Section. At Cambridge collaboration he was trained to impart subject knowledge as per Cambridge University (UK) standards for his Subject ‘Business’ and ‘Economics’, and ‘Financial Accounting’ at ‘AS’ level and ‘A’ level.

He was associated with leading Commerce educational institute – VYAS CLASSES, J. K. SHAH CLASSES, MAHESH TUTORIALS AND ALLEN INSTITUTE OF COMMERCE in Mumbai, as professor for CA AND CS courses for CA Foundation and CA Intermediate courses. He has taught company law, financial accounting, Strategic Management, Business and Commercial Knowledge, Business Law, Auditing, Business Communication to the students of Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, Baroda, Surat, Indore, Jaipur, Raipur, Kolkata, Rajkot etc.
