AXA has completed the sale of its Romanian operations to Vienna Insurance Group
AXA announced today that it had completed the sale of its Life & Savings insurance operations in Romania to Vienna Insurance Group and exited the Romanian market.
Vienna Insurance Group's subsidiaries BCR Life and Omniasig acquired 100% of AXA Life Insurance SA1 .
