Conditions for availability or consultation of information relating to AXA's Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of April 24, 2025
AXA's Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Thursday April 24, 2025 at 2:30 pm (Paris time) at the Salle Pleyel – 252 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré – 75008 Paris - France.
The avis de réunion, published in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on February 28, 2025, as well as the shareholders' Notice of Meeting, which includes among other items the agenda, the resolutions submitted by the Board of Directors and the rules for participating and voting can be found on AXA's website at the following address: www.axa.com under the "Investors / Individual Shareholders / Shareholders' Meetings" section.
The information referred to in Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce) is included in the shareholders' Notice of Meeting and in the 2024 Universal Registration Document, also available on AXA's website at the following address: www.axa.com under the "Investors / Regulated Information / Annual Financial Report" section.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the other documents and information regarding the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available to the shareholders at AXA's registered office (25 avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris - France).
