Awilco LNG ASA – Contract update

Awilco LNG ASA (OSE: “ALNG”) (“Awilco” or “the Company”) is pleased to inform it has entered a new Time Charter Contract for a firm duration of three years. The charterer, who is a leading European LNG importer, has the option to extend for a period of up to two years bringing the total period to five years. The Company has the option to nominate either of our vessels and the contract is expected to commence in December 2022, subject to customary inspection and vetting acceptance of the nominated vessel.

The contract is estimated to contribute an annualised EBITDA of about USD 26 million during the charter period.
