ALNG - proxies general meeting
The chairman of the board of Awilco LNG ASA, Sigurd E.
Thorvildsen, has received proxies to vote for a total of
4,751,900 shares, constituting 7.01 % of the total share
capital of and the voting rights of Awilco LNG ASA, at the
extraordinary general meeting to be held on 12 June 2017.
The proxies are unconditional and only apply for the
mentioned general meeting.
