Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Awilco LNG ASA will be held on Wednesday May 7, 2025 at 15:00 hrs.

In accordance with section 5-8 of the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act, the general meeting will be held as a phone conference meeting.

Please find attached the notice of the Annual General Meeting including the attendance form, proxy form and advance voting form.
