Meeting of Awilco LNG ASA will be held at the

Company's office in Beddingen 8 Aker Brygge, 0250

Oslo, Norway on Thursday 12 June, 2014 at 13.00 hrs.

Please find attached the notice of the Annual General

Meeting including form of proxy and attendance slip.

These documents will also be sent to all shareholders

per post.

The notice of the Annual General Meeting and all the

ancillary documents including the annual report for

the financial year 2013 are available at the
