Awilco Drilling PLC: New share issue

Aberdeen 25 June 2018

Reference is made to the stock exchange release by Awilco Drilling Plc (the

"Company") on 19 June 2018 regarding the successfully completed subsequent

offering of 1,400,000 new shares (the "Subsequent Offering"). The Board of

Directors of the Company has approved the share capital increase relating to the

issuance of the new shares in the Subsequent Offering and the new shares have

been issued today.

The Company's new share capital is GBP 318,704.75 divided into 49,031,500

shares, each with a nominal value of GBP 0.0065.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Fearnley Securities AS have acted as managers for the

Subsequent Offering (the "Managers").
