AWILCO DRILLING PLC - DISCLOSURE OF LARGE SHAREHOLDING

Reference is made to disclosure as of February 28, 2018 from Awilco Drilling PLC regarding a private placement. Akastor ASA has at a subscription price of NOK 29 per share subscribed for and has today been allocated 2 700 000 shares which will represent 5.67% of the shares in Awilco Drilling PLC after the issue of the private placement shares. Akastor ASA did not hold any shares in Awilco Drilling PLC prior to this subscription.
