DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDINGS
On 2 September 2014, funds managed by QVT Financial
LP ("QVT") sold an aggregate 365,838 shares in Awilco
Drilling Plc at a price of NOK 120 per share.
QVT hereafter owns a total of 2,910,062 shares in
Awilco Drilling Plc, or 9.7% of the registered share
capital. QVT's CEO and founder, Dan Gold, is a member
of the board of directors of Awilco Drilling Plc.
