Awilco Drilling PLC: Mandatory notification of trade - primary insiders

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Awilco Drilling PLC (the "Company") published on 6 September 2023, regarding the final result of the subsequent offering of up to 469,400 new Sponsored Norwegian Depository Receipts in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering").

Certain of the Company's primary insiders and their close associates have, in line with the underwriting agreement, been allocated new Sponsored Norwegian Depository Receipts in the Subsequent Offering as further described in the attached forms.
