synthetic share transactions occurred:

Gary Holman, Operations Director, has had 37,539 synthetic share options with a

strike price of NOK 29 and 4,936 synthetic shares in AWDR automatically

exercised under the Synthetic Share Plan at a price of NOK 31.36. After this

transaction and as of today, Gary Holman holds 43,488 synthetic shares.
