The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has approved the prospectus dated

30 June 2014 that has been prepared in connection with listing of Bonds issued

by Awilco Drilling PLC in a USD 125 million Senior Secured Callable Bond issue

with maturity in 2019, ISIN: NO 001070928.0 on Oslo Børs.

The Prospectus will, subject to regulatory restrictions in certain

jurisdictions, be available at www.awilcodrilling.com and www.platou.com. Hard
