Additional Explanations

Following the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors on December 4, 2024, it was unanimously agreed to end the share buyback program that began on March 25, 2024, as per the Board's decision and in compliance with the Capital Markets Board's decision 9/177 dated February 14, 2023. This decision will be presented to shareholders at the next general assembly meeting.

Under the share buyback program initiated on March 25, 2024, a total of 2,598,872 shares, each with a nominal value of TL 1, were repurchased at an average price of TL 45.788. The total cost of these buybacks amounted to TL 118,997,920.45.
