Pursuant to the letter dated December 8, 2023, and numbered 46367 from the Capital Markets Board addressed to our Company, the Solar Power Plant (GES) established on Plot 1 of Parcel 4853 in Kayseri/Talas, which was temporarily accepted on September 10, 2024, has been transferred to Pantur Otelcilik ve Turizm A.Ş. without any charge. This GES has not generated any revenue for our Company and has not incurred any costs, as all expenses were covered by Mallsystem Tesis Yönetim Hizmetleri  A.Ş.
