Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu çerçevesinde, Denetimden Sorumlu Komite'nin önerisi dikkate alınarak, Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun 12.03.2024 tarihli kararı ile Kılıçali Paşa Mah. Meclis-i Mebusan Cad. N 8 Galataport İstanbul D Blok Beyoğlu/İstanbul adresinde bulunan " PwC BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK A.Ş "nin, 2024 yılına ilişkin hesap dönemini kapsamak üzere, Bağımsız Denetim Kuruluşu olarak seçilmesi Genel Kurul tarafından kabul edilmiştir.

As per the Turkish Commercial Code and Capital Markets Law and in accordance with the proposal by the Audit Committee and with the Board Decision dated March 12, 2024, "PwC BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK A.Ş" located at Kılıçali Paşa Mah. Meclis-i Mebusan Cad. N 8 Galataport İstanbul D Blok Beyoğlu/İstanbul which was selected as the Independent Auditing Company for 2024 accounting period, is accepted by the General Assembly.
