Additional Explanations

The specifics of the dividend distribution, announced on the Public Disclosure Platform on March 18, 2025, were discussed and approved at our Company's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on April 15, 2025. At the aforementioned General Assembly Meeting, it was resolved that the first installment of the 2024 dividend payment, amounting to TRY 600,000,000, would be paid on April 25, 2025, and that the amounts and payment dates for the 2nd and 3rd installments would be determined and publicly announced later.

At the Board of Directors meeting held on June 18, 2025, the second installment of the 2024 dividend payment, TL 600,000,000, was paid on July 9, 2025.

Subsequently, at the Board of Directors' meeting held on September 24, 2025, it was resolved to set the payment date for the third and last installment of the 2024 dividend payment, amounting to TRY 775,000,000, as October 14, 2025.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
