Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Dividend distribution details announced in our public disclosures dated 13 March 2024 was approved by General Assembly on 04 April 2024.

At the General Assembly Meeting dated 04.04.2024, it was decided that the first installment of the 2023 dividend payment would be paid as 280,000,000 TL on 17.04.2024, and the amount and payment dates of the 2nd and 3rd installments would be determined later and announced to the public.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
