Erdem Güler

Having graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, he started his professional life in 2007 at ENKA's Moscow headquarters, which is responsible for Russia and surrounding countries, in the business development department. He worked on all stages of multi-functional mixed-use projects, primarily office and shopping mall investments, from the concept phase to completion. He took charge in the business development activities of prestigious projects belonging to international investment groups and organizations in many different geographies such as Russia, Europe, Africa and South America.

After returning to Türkiye in 2012, he started to work as Deputy General Manager responsible for Türkiye and EMEA at the Istanbul head office of Safe Road RRS Outimex, owned by Nordic Capital. He took charge in the company's activities such as business development, investing in large-scale projects and acquisitions in Türkiye and EMEA countries.

Later, he joined the 24 Group and served as the Founding Partner and General Manager of 24 Real Estate and Venture Capital Portfolio Management Company (24 Portfolio) within the group. He managed the establishment of Türkiye's first Real Estate Investment Fund under the umbrella of 24 Portfolio. He took charge in various associations and organizations regarding the development and promotion of REIFs. Within the 24 Portfolio, he has carried out numerous REIF projects with domestic and foreign investors, and has given REIF conferences to investors, institutions, and organizations.

Concurrently, he was involved in Venture Capital Investment Fund activities. In this field, he joined in the investment processes of many startups and scaleups and led growth and exit periods of them. He worked as a manager in the group's companies in the construction, real estate development, entertainment, agriculture, technology and building materials sectors.
