Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 5 September 2016, that on the same day, Arden Partners plc acquired on behalf of Rob Rennie, the Chief Executive, 708 Avon Rubber plc ordinary shares of £1 each at a purchase price of 842 pence per share. The shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 8 March 2016.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company, Mr Rennie holds 12,157 shares, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company. The registered shareholder is Redmayne (Nominees) Limited.
