Avon Rubber p.l.c. confirms that Pim Vervaat stood down from the Board as planned at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 29 January 2021.
Pim has been replaced as Senior Independent Director by Chloe Ponsonby.
Pim also chaired the Audit Committee and has been replaced in this role by Bindi Foyle.
